Heather's birthday cake! It's a three tier chocolate cake covered with fondant. I really need to take a fondant class because there was some serious side buckling as I got to the bottom tier. I think it would have been perfect at one or two tiers. But as my first cake decorating instructor told me "there is no problem on a cake that can't be fixed with more icing". Hence the swirl-y pattern on the bottom of the cake to cover any ripples. I think it kinda works!
